Like chasing after the dry dark cherry flavour of your childhood -- you will never catch it but you will keep trying. This champagne is made mostly from pinto noir grapes and is hand selected from just 6% of the winery's vineyards. Talk about picky ... in a great way!

Rosé food pairings: charcuterie, baked brie and cranberry, spring green salad with asparagus and raspberry vinaigrette.

Reviews and Ratings

Rebecca Meir-Liebman - Sommelier rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

A very pleasing and elegant Rosé Champagne from The House of Bollinger, made from a blend of 62% Pinot Noir, 24% Chardonnay and 14% Meunier grapes, mostly from Grand and Premier Cru vineyards. This pretty rosé has rich notes of red cherries, red currants and wild strawberries. The high percentage of red wine offers soft tannins and good structure to the wine. With extremely refined and velvety bubbles, it’s smooth and vibrant with good length. Sip on its own or pair with a wide varieties of dishes; from fresh salads to poached lobster and red berry fruit tarts.
This Bollinger non-vintage champagne is made from 62% Pinot Noir, 24% Chardonnay and 14% Pinot Meunier hand-selected from just 6% of the winery's vineyards. One of Bollinger's best Champagnes: dry rosé with notes of dark cherry. Bubbles are small and persistent with a creamy mousse dancing on the palate with flavours of baked bread, ripe small red fruit and a hint of chocolate. Enjoy now and for the next three years. - Community Wine Reviews
