Toasty oak and smoke on the nose of this full-bodied BC Chardonnay with flavours of Asian pear, golden apple and butterscotch on the palate. Pair with grilled chicken.

Reviews and Ratings

Matt Steeves - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

2014 vintage: A great lightly oaked Chardonnay from award winning Blue Mountain winery located in the beautiful Okanagan Valley - Canada's pocket dessert. The nose shows delicate orchard fruit, spice, a touch of butterscotch, with a hint of fine oak. Crisp and refreshing this elegant Chardonnay puts the purity of the fruit on full display. A fine with to enjoy with grilled fish, creamy soups, and roasted poultry. Tasted January 2016. 90 points. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca
The 2013 Chardonnay displays complex flavours of lemon and lime fruit notes on the mid palate and finish. The sur-lie process adds rich mouthfeel sensation. The structure of the wine will allow it to age beautifully for 4-6 years.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
