From Langhorne Creek, South Australia, Bleasdale Mulberry Tree 2019 is a great value Cab for $20. Grapes were fermented on their skins in open top fermenters for 12 days, then macerated for 12 months in new (10%) and neutral French oak barrels. This is a dry, full-bodied Cab savoury with ripe blackberry, mulberry, olive and baking spice flavours generous on the palate. Tannins are fine. Drink or hold in cellar to 2030. Frank Potts is the founder of the winery which was established in 1850 and the winery is named for the Mulberry tree growing in the middle of the vineyard.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: lamb Bolognese, grilled New York striploin with chimichurri sauce, barbecued ribs in sauce, hamburger, hard cheese.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
