The Beronia Reserva is a great example of the value priced quality you can get from Spain. This is such a luscious wine, with layers and layers of dried fruits, dark fruit, chocolate, and espresso. A lovely wine. Tasted February 2015. 90+ points. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca
Sean O'Regan - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Deep ruby, dusty nose with cherry, plum, raspberry and abundant American oak infuence giving way to chocolate and spice. Soft and lush in the mouth. savoury with cherry, spicebox and chocolate. Ready to drink now, but has the structure to hold for short term cellaring.
Kristin Perrin rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Woody bright sweet cherry nose, cinnamon and clove
Mouth-coating cherry, earthy, woody, tobacco leaf, leather on the palate. Medium bodied, medium plus acidity and tannins.

Beef tenderloin.
Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A deep purple/ruby blend of Tempranillo, Graciano and Mazuelo, this is a fragrant, voluptuous red with aromas of ripe dark fruit, cloves and leather. The palate plays out ripe cherries and red plums and adds licorice and chocolate. A full-bodied ripe wine that is very versatile with food choices particularly lamb, steak or savoury appetizers like olives and cured meats. Aged in oak for more than 18 mos.

Douglas McMillan rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Ripe plum and raspberry, cedar, smoke, spices and a touch of mint and earthiness. Really nice balance between fruit and oak here. The smokiness really comes out in the flavour, with some added cherry tartness. There's lots of nice tannins here as well. This stands up quite well against pasta with strong red sauces as well as rare steak.
Courtney Flood rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Sweet aromas of dried fig and concentrated black cherry, some white pepper and tobacco leaf. The palate is much fresher and bursting with fruit, before ending off with the oakey notes of vanilla, toasted coconut, and spicy nutmeg. There is a lot going on here! Would pair will with game meat or lamb.
Valérie Dufour - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Really inviting aromas of vanilla and ripe plums on the nose. The mouth reflects the nose. Decent and pleasant versatile wine.
