Lovely lushness on the nose and palate. Gorgeously ripe cherries and strawberries with some satin plum pleasure mingled in. Medium- to full-bodied and smooth. Pair with roast chicken, swordfish or pork.

Pinot Noir food pairings: braised short ribs.

Reviews and Ratings

Darlene Myers - CAPS Student rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

An absolutely gorgeous Pinot Noir from the Napa Valley in California. Soft cherries, chocolate and a hint of mint. Beautifully balanced wine with nice acidity and a bit of toasty oak for a fabulous finish.
Cali icon Beringer delivers big-time with this affordably priced premium Pinot from the Napa Valley. Gobs of blackberry, red and black cherry, and hickory smoke aromas and flavours here. Perhaps even more captivating is the plush, velvety texture. A pleasure-packed Pinot that doesn't sacrifice poise. Source: Vintages Wine Panel, Nov. 2012
