So pretty with aromatic floral notes but not overly so: fresh white daisies or lilies after a spring rain. Great aperitif or companion to seafood. Medium-bodied and balanced.

Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

A white Rhone blend of Grenache Blanc, Viognier, and Rousanne this light-bodied wine was aged entirely in stainless steel and the grapes coming from select vineyards in Paso Robles and Santa Barbara County in California. White peach, lemon zest, honeysuckle, a little raw almond on the extended finish. Smooth with some viscosity. Enjoy today with seafood.
Tasted: February 2015
This Californian white wine is a blend of equal portions of Roussanne, Grenache Blanc and Viognier grapes. The 2011 vintage of the High On The Hog was aged mostly in stainless steel, with 5% in oak barrels. About half of the blend underwent malolactic fermentation. - Community Wine Reviews
