Bailly Lapierre Reserve Brut (375ml) is the right size to enjoy a glass with a friend. The Crémant is made in the traditional method and produced from 100% Chardonnay. Lovely, with a soft mousse and lemon-lime zest, finishes with bright citrus and a mineral streak. Drink now and often.

Crémant de Bourgogne food pairings: lightly spiced curry dishes, charcuterie, creamy cheeses.

Reviews and Ratings

Rebecca Meir-Liebman - Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Crowd pleasing, simple, dry sparkling wine for a good price point. What mostly surprises me about this crémant is its texture which is almost of a Champagne quality; it is velvety and quite creamy. On the palate it is rich with lime rind, tangerine and clementines mixed with green apple and pears, there is slight yeast and biscuit at the end.
Bailly Lapierre Reserve Brut 375 ml is a beautiful Burgundian bubbly and the right size of a glass or two. This Crémant de Bourgogne is produced from 100% Chardonnay and is zesty with a soft mousse and lemon-lime zest, crunchy apple and toasty flavours on the palate. Finishes with bright citrus and a mineral streak. Drink now and often. - Community Wine Reviews
