Smoky, almost cedar smoked cherries. Love this style! Be prepared with a wake-up call with mouth-brightening acidity that cries out for food. Supple, satin smooth with a medium to full-bodied weight. Simply stunning.

Pinot Noir food pairings: roast leg of lamb, roast pork with corn niblets and red bell pepper, roast crackling duck.

Reviews and Ratings

Astrolabe Wines Province (2014) is a bright, vibrant and different Pinot Noir from Marlborough, South Island, New Zealand. Look for a cedar spice nose and smoky cherries. On the palate, the wine is smooth with medium-plus weight on the palate, simply lovely with more cedar spice, ripe red berries, smoky cherries wrapped up in cake spice flavours. Definitely, one to try now. - Community Wine Reviews
