Acrobat 2018 Pinot Noir is always so good. How do they do that? This is a rich and fruity, medium-plus-bodied PN from Oregon with black cherry, strawberry, earthy violets, dried herbs and spicy flavours vibrant on the palate. Lightly chill and pour with a duck confit or roast Cornish game hens. The winery is so named for being an "Acrobat" in winemaking to achieve a perfect balance in wines.

Pinot Noir food pairings: veal chops, grilled duck sausages, pork tenderloin, barbecued lamb sirloin.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
