Reviews and Ratings

Emilie Ryan rated this wine as 70/100 with the following review:

Needs spicy food…

Presentation: the colour is eye-catching, as is the name
Appearance: very pale yellow
Nose: petrol like a Riesling, grass/hay
Taste: sharp lemon, acidic, definitely needs food like anything spicy (e.g., Thai, Mexican), Caesar salad or possibly seafood/fish.
Finish: Aggressive like a Sauvignon Blanc, very long lingering finish of sharp lemons.
Overall impression: Although I love Riesling, I’m not generally a fan of Sauvignon Blanc. The similar notes found in this wine unfortunately don’t make me a fan of this wine. However, if you like Sauvignon Blanc, then you might like this wine, and it’s really affordable.

Value: 4 out of 5

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
