A robust Niagara rosé with aromas of rhubarb and cranberry on the nose that follow through on the dry, mouth-watering palate. Good acidity for food. Finishes with pink grapefruit and clementine. Pair this wine with lightly spiced or curried dishes.

Rosé food pairings: charcuterie, pork or mushroom burgers, bean salads, salty cheeses like pecorino or asiago.

Reviews and Ratings

Matt Steeves - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Bright pink, the 13th Street winery Pink Palette shows ripe sweet red fruit, cranberry, apple, and cherry aromas. Refreshing with a smooth texture. A touch of sweetness complements the dried cherry and herbs on the finish, making this wine a great choice for patio sipping and enjoying with charcuterie or summer salads. Tasted April 2015. 88 points. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca
A full-bodied Niagara rosé that's a blend of red and white grapes including Cabernet Franc, Gamay and Merlot grapes with a small amount of Riesling, thus the mixed palette when it comes to the grapes and taste. Notes of orange zest on the finish. Pair with grilled chicken. - Community Wine Reviews
