Craig Haynes rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

This non-vintage cava showcased the upsides of 15 months maturation on lees. Lovely, pronounced aromas of fresh brioche, tangerine and yellow apple ushered in rich, pleasing layers of flavours evocative of grapefruit, lime, dough and subtle salt. Made in the traditional method, this one showed persistent bubble streams and top shelf texture and finish, too. Energetic. Textured. Gift-worthy. Enjoy.

Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A classic, tasty cava. Elements of crisp yellow apples, toast and light melon softness. Flavours reflect much of the same with pears, yellow plums with a salty rocky note that follows into the back. Medium-Dry sweetness with (10g/L) of residual sugar. This cava is also a stellar price! Perfect for any celebratory toast. Can easily pair with just about anything or sip on its own. Cheers!

Luscious deep lemon colour with a pronounced aroma featuring peach, pineapple and citrus. lots of fine and persistent bubbles and flavour! Tastes of peach, pear and pineapple with lots of bright acidity. A wonderful value!Make this your house sparkling.
Jennifer Havers rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Honestly, one of the best quality/value sparkling wines I've ever had. Aromas of bread yeast, lime zest, white peach, green apple, and a hint of a floral note. Fine and persistent bubbles on the palate, bright acidity and delicate but flavourful fruit all balance beautifully. Enjoy with anything!! Amazing value.
Monique Sosa rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Salivating biscuity and zesty aromas followed by delish green apple, apricot and lemon curd flavours. A light mouthwatering classic Cava (traditional method Spanish sparkling). Enjoy any time anywhere with lightly fried seafood. Tasted June 2017 by @sommsosa / bespoketastings.ca
Jon Steeves rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Crisp traditional Method Cava, with complex palate of stone fruit, biscuit, lime zest. Great value . Approachable and accessibly priced. Pair with most appetizers, and almost any main course. Enjoyable on it's own easily. Tasted June 2017. 90 points. BespokeTastings

Zesty citrus notes on the nose with baked sourdough bread and white peach. Palate-cleansing bubbles with long-citrusy lemon-lime finish. Great wine to pair with shellfish. Tasted Nov. 27, 2016.
Melanie Aubert rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

This is my go-to cava. Traditional method, without breaking the bank. Brioche, lemon, green apple and a hint of apricot.
Neil Phillips rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Cava is made in the same traditional method as Champagne This is a blend of Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel-lo grapes grown in the Penedès region of Spain.

Nose of lemon, white peach, some light bread, applesauce.

Flavours of apple, ripe pear; nice acid. Creamy mouthfeel with a persistent and long-lasting mousse.

Astounding value for the quality, even without the frequent LTOs in Ontario.
Douglas McMillan rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A crisp, fresh Cava with primary aromas of green apple, pear and touches of apple blossom, bread, and lemon. Zesty acidity and a lingering finish of green apple and lemon.
Community Reviewer reviewed this wine as follows:

Elegant and persistent mousse. The aromas are of white fruits, citrus and tropical fruits, and light floral notes. The palate is exquisite, complex and full of flavour, with good acidity and notes of lime and pineapple. It is dry and long on the finish.

Courtney Flood rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Great value cava for the level of complexity. Lemon, macintosh apple, buttered toast, and mushroom. Light, fizzy palate. Mouthwatering and bright acidity. Have some on hand for everyday celebrations! Also great for when you have a hard-to-pair food.
Dennis reviewed this wine as follows:

August 2011 second boat vacation: recommended by vintages as a afternoon wine to be paired with popcorn and chips. Had it with don and Marilyn. Very fizzy. I liked it. CA thought it was a bit sweet. In my opinion it is breed than Asti which is too sweet but not as good as napa mumms which twice as expensive. This wine was about $18. I would buy it again
