Sara & Sheena -2 Kennedy Sisters rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

We picked up this bottle of wine because the label caught our eye and we are suckers for a fun label!
We found that it had aromas of raspberry while Sara smelt vanilla and Sheena smelt medicine.
We found it to be a full bodied wine with flavors of chocolate with a little tang.
This was another red wine that Sheena, who is not a red wine lover, enjoyed.

The E. & J. Gallo Winery Bear Flag Red Blend is very smooth. The creative and interesting bottle label pairs well with this beautiful wine. Very fruity with cherry, sweet-candy, spice and vanilla notes. Worth a try! Tasted on February 1, 2014 (86/100)
Lori Kilmartin WSET3 rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

This medium bodied blend (tempranillo, touriga, zinfandel and alicante bouschet blend) was my SuperBowl Sunday wine this year. The aromas are sweet - berries, chocolate and a hint of coffee. A nice smooth sipping wine that also paired quite well later with a bowl of spicy chili.
Sean O'Regan rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

The bottle label it an attention grabber for this California blend. The nose is somewhat confected with cherry, vanilla, mocha. Sweetish on the palate with 14g/L residual sugar - tastes of sweedish berries, cherry and vanilla. Another wine following the formula of commercial crowd pleasing soft, sweet, smooth red. Try with sweet BBQ sauce on grilled meats.
Valérie Dufour rated this wine as 82/100 with the following review:

Sweet nose of cotton candy and fermented strawberries. Like drinking sangria without having to mix anything in it. Light, fruity, simple. It is what it is.
Courtney Flood rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

Deep purple with plush plum or cooked cherry, milk chocolate and vanilla aromas and flavours. A touch of baking spice. As it says on the label, a very smooth wine without too much acidity or tannin. Would be nice with dark chocolate. Very fun label that can keep you entertained while drinking!

Fruity all the way through. A little too sweet for meals. But would be a perfect sangria wine. Fun bottle design!
