Deborah Podurgiel WSET IV Candidate rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Bizou+Yukon BEE-zoo Bubbles (2018) is a beautifully balanced bubble produced in the Charmat method. Launched by two of the three Great Pyrenees winery dogs, Bizou and Yukon, (Bellamy is still in training *(*) these gorgeous dogs not only guard the Garnet Valley Ranch vineyard, they also know a thing or two about wine.

Fresh, fruity, fun and frothy, this pretty-in-pale-pink fizz is produced from the skins of Pinot Noir grapes sourced from the winery’s vineyards in Summerland and Oliver. Off-dry, medium-bodied and deliciously creamy with bright strawberry, red berry, fine herb flavours, mouth-filling and zesty with a lingering fresh red berry finish and extremely drinkable and moreish. Enjoy it chilled on its own or pour with a roast turkey dinner. Tasted December 2022.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
