Clos Troteligotte K-Or Malbec 2019, Cahors, Southwest A.C., France: From Cahors, Southwest wine region, Clos Troteligotte K-Or 2019 Malbec is great value under $20. A dry, robust, 100% Malbec fresh and intense with blackberry, black currant, blueberry, black cherry, underbrush and Christmas cake spice flavours balanced with vibrant acidity and sporting terrific tannins. Decant one hour prior to pouring with a smoky braised beef brisket. Wine grapes were organically grown on winemaker, Emmanuel Rybinski's, 10-acre estate in the Cahors wine region. In 2005, the operation was classified under sustainable agriculture and in January 2014, Clos Troteligotte was certified organic. Drink or hold.
