Deborah Podurgiel WSET IV Candidate rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

Love this elegant Sémillon from Time Family of Wines. Chronos 2020 is a lithe, creamy, 100% Semillon with ripe apricot, lemon pudding, vanilla and lightly toasted honeyed almond flavours on the palate. A real beauty of a Semillon, although the same flavour profile, different from the Semillons found in Bordeaux or Australia and stands in a class of its own as a British Columbia born, bred and raised, dry, medium-bodied, partially oaked and unfined Semillon. I also love the fact that it is only 11.7% abv. (two glasses please!). Chill and enjoy on its own or pour with pan-fried steelhead filets with a gentle squeeze of fresh lemon juice.

Grapes were sourced from Oliver’s Diamondback Vineyard and were hand-sorted and whole bunch pressed, partially fermented (54%) stainless steel tank with the balance of the wine juice fermented with malo conversion in neutral French oak barrels (20% new oak). Beautifully crafted by winemaker, Lynzee Schatz. Tasted April 2022.

Retasted November 2023: This Semillon has become absolutely stunning! It certainly has evolved over a year and a half and has become even more elegant and poised. Flavours have evolved as well with more grassy and flinty stony notes to accompany ripe stone fruit, toasted almond, Meyer lemon and vanilla flavours silky and lingering on the palate. Acidity is spot on.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
