This is a lovely and well-priced Chardonnay from Pelee Island, with aromas of pear, golden apple, and honey along with notes of buttery oak. Medium bodied with medium acidity. Fruit notes are bright and balance well with richer, buttery notes. Enjoy with a classic herb roasted chicken with roasted fall vegetables.

Pelee Island Winery Vinedresser Chardonnay 2017, Lake Erie North Shore, South Islands, Ontario V.Q.A., Canada: From Pelee Island Winery, Vinedressers 2017 Chardonnay is vegan-friendly and produced from sustainably grown grapes from the South Islands, Lake Erie North Shore wine region. Fragrant with ripe apple, pear, quince, lemon zest, nutty, toasty oak and vanilla flavours silky and lithe on the palate. Very nicely done as is the price at $20.
