Trent Mayers rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Mendoza can produce excellent sparklers like this one made by the Traditional Method, which has an incredible richness and body with a fine mousse. You’ll notice notes of bread, dried strawberry, lemon, yellow apple and a pleasant grapefruit on the finish. Terrific value here. Prepare a shrimp pasta dish with olive oil, garlic, and lemon to enjoy with it or experience it with appetizers. Both will complement this charming wine.

Melanie Lloyd rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Wow! I'm in love. What a great bubbly at such an affordable price. Made from 85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Noir. Visually, this sparkling wine is pale to golden yellow with many delicate bubbles.

On the nose, poached apple, pear, brioche, toasted almond,a touch of jasmine, and subtle pomelo notes. As it opens, hints of spearmint with an umami quality.

Medium bodied on the palate, fresh, yet rich.  Creamy with a luxurious mouth feel. Many fine bubbles, with notes of Red Delicious apple, pomegranate, pomelo, and subtle oak seeping through. Well done!

Wine-Food Pairing: Oh so versatile. Enjoy with your favourite fried salty appetizer. You can't go wrong with creamy cheeses like Brie or Camembert, plain salty chips, fried chicken, quiche, or butter popcorn.

Tasted Feb 2022.
