I am loving these Chronos wines from TIME Family of wines. They are so bright, clean and fresh. Chronos Riesling 2020 is a light straw hue in the glass, fragrant with fresh white florals, honey-crisp apple and mineral notes on the nose. Dry, barely medium-bodied and zesty with lime-lemon zest, exotic white florals, softly spiced and finishing long with clean mineral flavours on the palate. A beautiful seafood wine, pair with pan-fried lemon-butter halibut. Tasted October 2021.

A lot of love goes into these wines. They are complex but effortless and easy to enjoy. For this vintage, grapes were hand-sorted, whole bunch pressed and fermented in two different tanks at different temperatures with different yeast strains for added complexity. One tank was fermented out dry with the other stopped short for some residual sugar, blended for balance and acidity. Produced by winemaker, Lynzee Schatz.
