A fresh and bright Sauvignon Blanc, with aromas of lemon peel, fresh cut grass and green herbs. Light bodied, smooth and vibrant with mouthwatering acidity and tart citrus on the palate and more of those green herbaceous notes. The finish is smooth and clean, enjoy this with spring veggie dishes or white fish in a lemon butter sauce.

Dry, and medium-bodied with tropical fruit, gooseberry, grassy, fine herbs, lemon meringue and dusty mineral flavours brilliant with food-friendly acidity on the palate. Pair with pan-fried trout.
