A vibrant bubbly from the Okanagan Valley’s Gray Monk Winery. Made from a blend of Gamay Noir, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier this sparkling wine possesses a bevy of red fruit nuances - Strawberry, watermelon and honeydew. Light and dry with a spirited splash of fresh savoury herbs and crisp citrus with lingering toasty minerals carrying into the finish. Perfect for any festive occasion or as an accompanying sipper to enjoy with a variety of cheeses, seafood, smoked salmon and shrimp. Enjoy!
Jennifer Havers rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

So lovely and fresh. Aromas of strawberry, cranberry and brioche with a hint of tangerine. Light, dry and robust on the palate, with persistent bubbles, bright berry notes, fresh green apple, and a crisp citrusy note on a dry finish. Enjoy with smoked salmon.
Pam Hatton rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Pale partridge eye pink showing pretty medium fine mousse. The nose is fruit forward with cranberry, apple and a hint of sandalwood. The flavours lift to cranberry, tart cherry and apple flavours. Crisp acidity makes for a juicy finish. Great value Methode Classique sparkler that would pair well with smoked or fresh salmon, tuna or as an aperitif.
Lynn van der Linde rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A fun bubbly from BC’s Gray Monk Winery - made for celebrations big and small!

Aromas of cranberry, citrus and buttered croutons swirl in the glass, carrying through to a zippy cranberry finish with a lively fizz.
Wonderful paired with a variety of cheese boards or berry pecan salads.
Tasted February 2021.
L.J. Palmer WSET 3 rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Coppery pink sparkler, made in the traditional method, dry and with pleasing acidity. Pronounced aroma of brioche, red berries, honey, melon with pleasing floral notes. All the aromas were present in the palate along with a pleasing minerality. Lots of fine bubbles creating a multitude of tiny explosions in the mouth. Tasted with 2 year aged cheddar, 75% chocolate, and potato chips and a good friend. All wonderful combinations. Would also pair well with smoked salmon, oysters and calamari rings.
Gwen Barton rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

So pretty in the flute! Notes of cranberry, cherry and melon with crisp acidity. Fine, lingering fizz- the result of traditional method production. Some pleasant yeast on the finish. Overall, a terrific bubbly at an excellent price point. Tasted Feb 2021
Craig Haynes rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This elegant sparkler’s attractive coppery hues revealed nice notes of dough, red cherries, red apple and hints of citrus. Dry, crisp and showed visually fetching persistent bubble streams, too. This traditional method bubbly was crafted from red varietals - gamay noir, pinot noir, pinot meunier - harvested in British Columbia’s renowned Okanagan Valley appellation. Overall, a pleasing experience. Serve with prawns dipped in your favour sauce. Enjoy.

Looking for a romantic touch to seduce your loved one? Offer her/him the Odyssey Rosé Brut 2018. This charming sparkling wine is made by Gray Monk winery, using a classic method, and a blend of Pinot Meunier, Gamay Noir and Pinot Noir. Pleasant aromas of cherry, cotton candy, rose and brown sugar emanate from this lovely rosé. Its light body, freshness and well layered acidity, leave you salivating for the next sip. On the palate: Strawberry, red cherry, blood orange, dried leaves, spice and cinnamon. Enjoy.
