I love this rosé! It is so refreshing and tasty, but it also brings back memories of when I was living in Quebec and had the opportunity to pick fresh cloudberries. Cloudberries (also known as bakeapple) taste like something in between a fresh raspberry, strawberry and sweet spring rhubarb all rolled into one and is exactly what I nose at first whiff on the Township 7 Provenance Series 2019 rosé along with peony and clean mineral aromas.

Pretty pale pink colour in the glass, not pale on the palate. Fresh and zesty with creamy bright strawberry, raspberry, pink florals, cinnamon spice and clean mineral flavours, elegant with a long, refreshing finish. Buy it by the case and pair it with a sunny summer day on the patio (Tasted July 2020).

Such a pretty wine! Blended from 45% Cabernet Franc, 25% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Malbec, 5% Petit Verdot and 3% Syrah. Light, refreshing, and beautifully aromatic, including notes of field strawberry, cranberry, lime and orange blossoms. Mouthwatering acidity, with ripe, fresh berry flavours on the palate balanced with crisp citrus notes and a hint of floral. Enjoy with fresh summer salads or smoked salmon.
