Vibrant and fresh. Aromas of golden pear and apple with notes of honey and hazelnut. Full bodied on the palate with medium acidity, rounded ripe fruit on the palate and a lovely crisp finish. Enjoy with a classic lobster roll.
Lynn van der Linde rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A beautiful expression of Chardonnay, from a region and winery that knows how to grow and bottle this classic Burgundian varietal.
Enticing aromas of pineapple, melon, honey and caramel swirl in the glass, transforming into a golden delicious apple flavour. A luscious mouthfeel, medium+ body, and a lingering crispness make this classic Chardonnay a wonderful pairing with chicken au jus or lemon-dill salmon.
Tasted May 2021.
Matt Steeves rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

An expressive full bodied Niagara Chardonnay that delivers expressive tropical and exotic fruits, sweet spices, and perfumed notes with a creamy texture. Enjoy with roasted chicken, autumn soups, and pork tenderloin with apple compote. Tasted August 2020, 90 points. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca
