I really enjoyed this and consumed over 2 nights. Initially I thought it looked a little thin, but it had plenty of structure and is very smooth

A syrah-rich SGM blend, savoury, earthy, like fresh ink and roasted herbs, blueberry compote and fresh leather, attractive off the top. There's genuine old vine density on the palate, indeed I'd be tempted to cellar another year or two for acids to unwind and tannins to relax, but no need to cellar long term either. Bold, substantial red best at the table with some salty protein. Tasted September 2020.

Trent Mayers rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This has the holy trinity of grapes from South West France. A great value with tremendous sweet spice, black & red cherry, strawberry jam, and quite full bodied. It’s a wine that is enjoyable now and versatile with food. I’m thinking flavourful pizza or lamb chops with pair nicely. 4 stars out of 5.
Rebecca Meir-Liebman rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

A blend of Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre that is organically farmed and aged for 12 months in concrete tanks. Full bodied and rich - quite a complex wine with very smooth tannins. A seductive nose with black plums, red currants and dried fruit, while on the palate there are dried dates and red/black fruits combined with wood and acid on the finish. Has a lingering finish, with earthy notes and spice. Very good value!
Carolyn Hetke rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This GSM blend has red berries and raspberry on the slightly floral, powdery nose. A fairly bold palate defined by field berries and textured with sandy tannins and a long finish. Go local and pair with cassoulet. Very good value. Tasted Nov 15, 2019. www.thewineloverskitchen.com
