Jenny Ratcliffe-Wright CWM rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

In spite of this wine having rave reviews, I found it to be a little heavy and full blown. It had a hot character which was full of jammy fruit and baked spices and slightly lacked the freshness and purity of fruit that I have found in other CHNdP that I have loved more. As this wine ages, the little fruit there is will fall away quickly. If you do like a more rustic style, this one is for you. @wrightwineblog
Carolyn Hetke rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This Chateauneuf-du-Pape opens with a fresh nose with hints of warm, sweet barnyard hay. Warm earthiness carries to the palate. It has chalky tannins on a long, slightly hot finish. Drink now but a couple more years in the cellar will reward your patience. Serve with beef stew or lamb shanks. Tasted October 2019. www.thewineloverskitchen.com
Linda Mertes WSET 2 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A medium-ruby Rhone with dark cherry aromas and oak aging evident in the licorice and vanilla flavours on the palate. The tannins are still prominent so this wine can be aged for several years further or decanted for a couple of hours. Lamb and roast beef would pair well.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
