Subtle citrus, peach, and mineral on the nose and palate. On the drier side of Chenin Blanc with light texture. Quite nice, and enjoyable alongside shellfish and grilled chicken dishes.

Cedarberg is a good representation of how expressive a Chenin from South Africa can be! Evident notes of red apple, flowers and some aromatic flavours of white peach, finished with a green olive-pit bitterness.
