Cherie Cole rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Featuring Merlot's dark fruit aromas, complimented by notes of vanilla and toasty oak, this robust red could be enjoyed now or aged for the next 10 years. Pairings include braised beef, grilled lamb or wild, big game. Tasted June 2019.
OPUSCRU.COM Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

58% Merlot, 32% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc
Well-rounded body and structure speak to craftsmanship with this adorable Bordeaux blend. Pallet- pleasing on all levels, blackberries leap from the glass while bergamot, pepper, and toast round out the bouquet. It becomes abundantly evident that 2015 was an excellent vintage in Bordeaux when you contemplate how full-bodied, velvety, and complex this easy-drinking wine is. You could lay this one down for a few years or drink now with a Dijon and tyme encrusted, French trimmed rack of lamb.
Somm4All WSET 3 rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Situated north of the city of Bordeaux, Pauillac is its own small subregion known for producing high quality grapes. Mother Nature was very kind to the area in 2015, allowing for the Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc used in this blend to all showcase true aspects of their character On the nose we find black cherry, cassis, a little dried prune and just a touch of vanilla. On the palate the cherry and cassis jump out intertwined with earthiness, eucalyptus, cedar, baking spices and vanilla. 12 months ageing in oak help to provide harmony on the flavours as well as silky tannins with an elegant finish of dark fruit and vanilla. Enjoy with a braised beef stew.
Jon Steeves rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Medium-full bodied, fruit drive Pauillac, showing elegant smooth tannins, concentrated blackberry, black cherry. Paired well with a beef tenderloin sandwich on toasted flatbread. Tasted 2015 vintage in June 2019. 92 points
Sally rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Made with fruit from their partnership with Baron Philippe de Rothschild. The grapes are from one First growth vineyard and two Fifth growth vineyards. Well balanced and gently grippy with flavours of roasted dark fruits, dutch cocoa, smoke and vanilla bean. This would go great with grilled steak and a rosemary, tomato butter.
Tasted June 4 2019
Jennifer Havers rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Lovely to compare next to the Saint-Emilion release. This wine is Merlot (58%), Cabernet Sauvignon (32%) and Cabernet Franc (10%). Aromas of rich ripe cherry, cassis, and hints of toasty oak and vanilla. Full bodied and bold on the palate, with smooth tannins, and more rounded fruit and vanilla notes. Enjoy with roasted lamb or beef.
Cora Beaulieu rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Deep garnet-purple color. Decadent aromas of black fruits, cassis, floral, graphite and lead pencil shavings. Rich flavors of black cherries, plums, and spice aromas. Turns to dried mushrooms, sandalwood, with a touch of wet earth and wood. Full-bodied, polished tannins, and incredibly concentrated. A brilliant, classic wine - very smooth and drinking well already! Delicious!
Christian Marcoux rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

The Mouton Cadet 2015 Pauillac Vintage offers a left bank elegance in your glass. Vibrant, complex and structured, the wine is crafted from 58% Merlot, 32% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc. Its great finish is based on intense flavors of blueberry, sugarplum, black pepper, leather, smoke and oak. Enjoy! Tasted at Mouton Cadet, Ottawa tasting June 2019.
L.J. Palmer WSET 3 rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Wine is deep purple in colour, dry, full bodied, with well integrated tannin and acidity, and pronounced intensity nose that features vanilla, kirsch, cherry and a beguiling perfumed sweetness. Taste is smooth, and full, and features dark cherry and kirsch. Finish is long and features kirsch and sweet cherry. This wine would be very good with food and also is extremely to sip on its own. #moutoncadet Winemaker Lunch

Mouton Cadet Réserve Pauillac 2015, Pauillac, Bordeaux, France: Another stunning wine and the flagship bottling for Mouton Cadet, from the exceptional 2015 vintage. This is a full-bodied blend of 58% Merlot, 32% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc grapes. Aromas of black currant, dark spice, leather and smoke. There's just a hint of mint on the finish that's intriguing. Pair with filet mignon and roast lamb. Decant 1-2 hours. Drink: 2019-2025. 13% XD 750 mL  $40.95 Score: 92/100.
