Paula Bernardino rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

I attended the Pure Discovery 2019 event featuring wines from New Zealand. At the Toronto event May 8, 2019 I focused on New Zealand’s reds, which included mainly Pinot Noir, Merlot and Syrah.

I tried the Pinot Noir from Nobilo. Nice mix of red and dark berries on both the nose and the palate.
Sylvio Roy rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This full-bodied Pinot Noir is aged in French oak and is made with 100% pinot noir grapes. Perfectly paired with richly flavoured food. Smooth finish. With so many other terrific Pinot Noir's available, I'm not sure the $29.95 price point is warranted.
Brent Gushowaty rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

The nose shows a blend of darker savoury red fruits including cherry, loganberry and mulberry. The texture is light, soft, harmonious, easy and well integrated. Appealing and a standout with some good tension between fruit and acidity. B- ~ 90
Tasted at the Pure Discovery New Zealand Wine event in Vancouver May 2019.
Mary Anne van Gaal rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

This Pinot Noir is more than worthy of the Nobilo Icon label. Rich in colour for a Pinot, it has been aged in French Oak for 10 months. Jammy aromas of ripe dark berries are followed by flavours of cherry, plum and tobacco with a smooth finish. Great paired with some lovely New Zealand lamb chops. Tasted May 9, 2019 at New Zealand Pure Discovery event.
