Christian Marcoux rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Sandwiched between Grave and Entre Deux Mers, Cadillac Cotes de Bordeaux offers fantastic easy-drinking wine and Chateau Baracan 2015 is a perfect example. Aromas of raspberry, red plum, tobacco leaf, black pepper, leather, spice and oak will fill your glass. Crafted from 40% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot, the Chateau Baracan exposes a medium body and great balance, and a long and fruity finish. Flavors of red plum, cherry, black pepper, leather, vanilla and oak. Enjoy!
Ghislain Lalonde rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A fine example of the riper 2015 vintage - ample, fleshy and potent but made with sensible restraint and from a perfectly time harvest time. Fruit is sourced from the Cadillac region of Bordeaux's right bank and offers surprisingly firm tannins, a notably clean profile and great concentration. Very good value - don’t miss out. Best 2020-2025. Tatsed April 2019.
Daniel O'Keefe rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Look for aromas of fresh cherry and raspberry, vanilla and oak spice, and a mild hint of violet. Medium body with moderate tannins and bright acidity. Accessible and, for a red of this calibre, surprisingly easy-drinking. Four grape blend, dominated by equal parts Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot at 40%, rounded out by Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot at 15% and 5% respectively. Good value. Try with beef stew or pork tenderloin.
