An impressive value driven Chilean Sauvignon Blanc with an updated label! Aromas of fragrant citrus, elderflowers, grassy herbs and clay notes. Flavours are clean, revealing shiny green apples, guava fruit and elevated freshness. Medium plus acidity with a light, youthful body and finish. Drink now and pair with herbed chicken or goats cheese salad. 88 points - tasted January 2019
