Apple, honey, cantaloupe on the nose. Crisp apple acidity with medium body. Medium finish.

Ultra soft and fresh unoaked Chardonnay. Adamo Estate Winery, near Niagara on the Lake.
Very soft, platinum white.
Great aromas of white peach and vanilla.
Such nice texture and just very light and bright fruit. Stone fruit and white cherry.
Pair it with chicken carbonara.
Jennifer Carter rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Fresh and juicy. Flavours of red apple and white peach. Medium bodied. An unoaked style of Chardonnay that is easy to drink.
Monique Sosa rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Simple aromas, moderate flavours but a rich creamy mouthfeel. Not what I expected for an unoaked chardonnay. Altogether, a pleasant wine for a cosy afternoon with Netflix and some cheese fondue. Tasted Nov '18 by @sommsosa.
Kristin Perrin rated this wine as 84/100 with the following review:

Nose: Stone fruits, minerally, red delicious apple
Palate: peachy, apple blossom, minerally, round mouthfeel, soft balanced acidity, medium bodied.
Pair with: baked poultries, salmon, tuna, creamy brie cheeses, pork sausages with apples
Courtney Flood rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Creamy naked chard - no oak - apple, peach and cantaloupe, with note of apple blossom. I would have this with a yellow-beet and goat cheese salad, prosciutto wrapped melons.
Luc Delorme rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

There’s something nice about the simplicity of an unoaked chardonnay. Lively and bright, this wine is surprisingly aromatic on the nose, but settles in to more traditional pear and red apples on the palate, with a hint of tropical fruit to keep things interesting.

Nice acidity make this a refreshing partner to fish-based dishes, especially something with a tropical fruit twist like a mango chutney. This wine once again proves the versatility of the chardonnay grape.
Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Another fresh and bright wine from Adamo Estate Winery. Located in Mono, Ontario This unoaked, lively Chardonnay features bright aromas of green apples, fresh dill, pear skin and a splash of delicate minerals. Flavours reveal grapefruit citrus, starfruit and hints of tropical mango. Flinty touches carry into the back. Young and fresh. Pair with herbed pickerel. - tasted November 2018
