Trent Mayers rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Here's a discovery. How many have tried a good Mexican wine? Pick up this one. A deeply coloured red from the Baja south of California that’s almost full bodied with spiced black plum, black currant, cedar, and menthol. It may not win wine of the year, but it’s great value and good with anything with off the grill with BBQ sauce. 3.5 stars out of 5.
Peter Neilson rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

An, initially, very nice petite syrah, with dark fruit, smooth tannins, and a touch of oak, that gives way to a long, very bitter finish that ruins the initial impression. Too bad. Winemaker error? Drops my score from 88 to 85. Even at $13, wouldn’t buy it again, unless they can get rid of the bitter finish.

Natalie's Review

L.A. Cetto Winery Petite Sirah 2016, Guadalupe Valley, Baja California, Mexico: L.A. Cetto Petit Sirah 2016 is a robust red from the Baja California, and the largest Mexico winery established in 1975. The Petit Sirah (Durif) is a cross between Syrah and Peloursin. Durif gives the wine a deep, often opaque, ruby bordering on purple colour. Ripe dark fruit and savoury flavours wrapped up in smoke and leather. Great value and a perfect pairing to hamburgers. Drink: 2018-2021. 983742 14% XD 750 mL  $15.95 Score: 86/100. November 16, 2019 Best Value Red Wine. Magnificent Meat Pizza Wine  Full Review

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
