Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Pale garnet colour. So many intricate and and delicate aromas of cherry, raspberry, and a touch of wispy marshmallow root. On the palate this is delightfully fruity. Bing cherry, heather flower and light vanilla root. Well integrated and polished. Medium plus acidity and tannins with a medium minus finish. Very well integrated with a touch of refined stoney minerals. This is a delightful Pinot Noir. Pair with smoked salmon or grilled game hen. 91 points - Tasted October 2018
Wineboy rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

This wine may reveal my bias when it comes to Pinot Noir. This is definitely a more earthy, leather dominated PN, with softer acids than some purists might like. A true counterpoint to the New World Pinot Noirs we see these days.

Natalie's Review

Roche De Bellène Cuvée Réserve Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2016, Burgundy A.C., France: Roche De Bellène Cuvée Réserve Bourgogne 2016 is a classic Old World Pinot Noir, dry, medium-bodied with blue earthy florals, tart cherry, light herb, spice and earthy notes on the palate. Good acidity for food. There are 4,620 hectares planted for this Pinot Noir and the vines are 35 to 70 years old. They're planted at a density of 10,000 per hectare. Pair with roast Cornish hens. The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
