Hints of tropical fruits with cream, butter, and kernel aromatics. Very buttery on the palate, but possesses surprisingly good acidity for the hot 2016 vintage. Great style with great value. Very food friendly, try with creamy vegetable soup, crab and butter, or risotto and veggies.

A cool-climate Chard with a ton of value driving it. It is fresh amd clean; a wine with cut that could pair magnificent with shrimp and creamy sauces.
Pale lemon-green, there are some fresh aromas of green apple and honeysuckle. Pear and vanilla too. Don't overchill for maximum flavour.
Great cool climate acidity, with more apple, pear, and some melon. There is a smattering of autolytic smokiness to it that becomes more apparent on the palate. The Chards from Flat Rock tend to have a bit more flare to them. All due to carefully tended elevage.
If you have a chance in Niagara, go visit their ultra-modern winery. The view is terrific!

From Ontario's Niagara Escarpment, this rich Chard shows a tropical nose and a full-bodied, luscious palate giving guava, passionfruit, caramel and buttered toast, all tied together with a touch of lemon. Pair with grilled scallops. Excellent value!

A noble wine with a noble generosity, with a portion of every sale going to support local Ontario food banks. Balanced, medium plus acidity, fruit, body. Apple, raw almond, baked croissant, candied lemon. Good complexity at this price point. Good value. Pairs well with Asian fare, or roast chicken. Tasted 2016 vintage in Sept 2018. 89 points
