Beautiful aromas of cherry, earthiness, smoke and toasty vanilla. Lots of tannins dancing on your tongue and packs at punch at 16.5%. This full bodied red would be a perfect steak wine.

Dark ruby in colour with aromas of blackberry, raspberry, smoke, and cooked strawberries. It is fulled bodied with well balanced acidity and tannins with some heat from the alcohol, which at 16.5% is to be expected. It has flavours of cooked berries, smoke and dark chocolate. This is pair nicely with grilled steak or BBQ’s ribs. Tasted on July 15, 2018.

Medium garnet colour. Prunes, chocolate, camphor and menthol on the nose. Toasty flavours of cocoa, stewed plums and espresso. Supple tannins and solid acidity. A well balanced wine with plenty of character. A long finish with the fruit and oak in harmony.

This would go great with short rib pappardelle and pecorino.

Jammy nose, dried herb and raisiny. Rich texture on the palate and the finish is so complex and amazing. The dry raisin and tannin leave in your mouth for 20+ seconds!!!!
