Love these GSM blends! Excellent value in this one, which shows delicious red fruit aromas, ripe fruit flavours mingling with spice & licorice. Smooth and well-structured with fine acidity. Great with red meat stews and mature cheeses.

Christian Marcoux rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

The Corbieres 2015 releases aromas of dark skin plum, blackberry, fresh cut grass, peppery note and leather. From Languedoc-Roussillon, France, this wine is made from Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre tastes of fruity plum, cherry, fern, smoke, pepper and baking spice. Medium body and finish, this creation from Abbotts and Corbieres offers lovely acidity and soft tannins. Pair with BBQ pork. Enjoy.
Jennifer Havers rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A bold blend of grenache, syrah, and mouvedre. Dark fruit, warm spice, pepper and leather. Full bodied, lots of warm, spicy and leathery notes on the palate and a lengthy finish. Enjoy with grilled steak.
Wineboy rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

big ripe nose heavily influence by spicy oak. A well structured wine with lingering complex flavours.

Natalie's Review

Gérard Bertrand Grenache Syrah Mourvèdre 2015, Corbières, Midi A.P., France: Winemaker Gerard Bertrand delivers exceptional value, and this wine is yet another example. The Corbieres region stretches from the Mediterranean coast to the foothills of the Pyrenees. Lots of ripe dark fruit and spicy for hard cheeses and game meats. Juicy, succulent and lip-smacking delicious southern French red wine that's a robust blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mouvedre grapes. Aromas and flavours of fleshy ripe black plums and blackberries with some seductive hints of smoke and cigar box filled with dark spice. Pair with rare meats.
