Featherstone's Four Feathers blends four cool climate white grapes: Riesling, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and a splash of Gewürztraminer, in one fragrant, creamy, and refreshing wine that's both super versatile and super value priced. Pale straw in colour, it's loaded with sweet orchard and tropical fruits, fragrant floral blossom, and sweet wildflower honey notes. Its creamy texture and subtle sweetness makes it ideally suited for enjoying with spicy Asian cuisine, smoky BBQ fare, creamy seafood pasta dishes, and a wide range of appetizers. Featherstone Four Feathers 2017, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario V.Q.A., Canada: A lovely, medium-bodied Niagara white wine blend of Riesling, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Floral, aromatic and off-dry, this is a terrific aperitif or companion to fresh seafood. Finishes with apple blossom. Pair with medium curries and spices as well. Great price.
