Warm, intense cherry, raspberry, and spicy white pepper, cinnamon. Surprisingly fresh and acidic, with herbal notes. Great with a rich, roast duck.

Ruby in colour with aromas of red cherry, raspberry, earth, leather and spice. It is medium bodied with well balanced acidity tannins. On the palate you get flavours of tart red cherry, raspberry and baking spice. This wil pair well with chicken, pork or salmon. Tasted on May 6, 2018.

A very pretty bright, pale red colour with aromas red berries, strawberry leaves, and red blossoms. Flavours are fresh, and light showing juicy red plums, roasted red bell peppers, and smokey, earthy hints at the back. Medium plus well balanced acidity, light tannins, and body. Delicate and refreshing. Pair with grilled shrimp, rainbow trout or soft creamy cheeses. Delicious! 90 points - tasted May 6, 2018

This is a blend of grapes from the Primarius Winery's assorted vineyards in Oregon. Primarius is latin for "distinguished" which is what the winemaker Sarah Cabot strives for. Aromas of sweet cherry and cranberry. Tart cherry flavours with soft tannins and medium acidity. This would pair well with grilled salmon or a roast pork dinner. Tasted May 6, 2018.

Presentation: Plain yet it stands out and has a certain class to it
Appearance: Pale ruby
Nose: Medium nose with notes of raspberries, forest floor and even a hint of chocolate
Taste: Dry, medium body, high acidity, sharp tannins, sour raspberries, dirty (earth)
Finish: medium, sour red fruit and dirty earth finish
Overall impression: This is a very good, classic-style Pinot Noir. It would pair well with hard cheese, grilled vegetables, and lighter meats (e.g., poultry, pork).

Beautiful pale red color, cherry, strawberry notes on the nose. Smooth, bright cherry acidity and soft tannin. A great Oregon pinot for the price. Also a great wine to drink for early summer like now!

This Pinot Noir from Oregon has a beautiful ruby colour in the glass. It is elegant and fragrant with aromas of plum and sour cherry, along with delicate floral notes, subtle underwood, earthy beets, leather, and sweet spice. On the palate, it is light bodied with silky tannins and flavours of sour cherry, tart plum, cranberry, and floral notes with a slightly bitter finish.
Tasted October 2018.
