Ghislain Lalonde rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

FBF, ST89(4), The 2019 vintage is better balanced than recent vintages with some nice herbal and savoury tones to the nose. It is also not as sweet with less evident oak spice. Expect aromas of black and red cherry fruit with dried sweet herbal tones and a hint of wood smoke. The palate is dry and midweight with soft acidity with some firm tannin poking through on the finish. Some degree of elegance and good to very good length. Tasted April 2021.
Andrew Bernardo rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Always a winner, the oak is a little prominent right now but nothing a good marinated steak can't mop up. The fruit is almost candied, with cherries, blackberries and sassafras notes. 88 Points.
Courtney Flood rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

Sweet blueberry and milk chocolate cinnamon. Plush and straightforward. Good value for BBQ season!
Melanie Lloyd rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Blackcurrant and blueberry aromas with earthy beets, violet, and a touch of cedar and sweet spice.

Dark berry flavours follow through on the palate as well as cedar and sweet spice. It is full bodied with an espresso finish. This would pair well with grilled meat.

Tasted May 2018.
Jon Steeves rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Crowd pleasing, juicy, fruit forward. Ripe blackberry, strawberry with a smooth finish. Pairs well with pizza or burgers. Tasted 2016 vintage in April 2018 on World Malbec Day 2018. 88 points
Stephen Andrews reviewed this wine as follows:

Tasted April 14th, 2018. Colour ruby red medium clear. Legs medium minus. Aromas and flavours of, fruity cherry, delicious apple baked, spice and cloves. Taste, dry, dark fruit and mouthwatering, medium mouthfeel, chalky tannin. Finish short plus with chalky fruit. Easy drinking wine, good value. Food pairing I had canned corn, jasmine rice and chicken legs ( soy, honey, ketchup and garlic, oil) baked. No problem with the corn and rice. The wine actually tasted better with the fat flavoured chicken legs.
