Found it almost too sweet after allowing to decant. Still a great full bodied ON wine for inder $15
Sharon Lécuyer rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

I tasted this side by side with the 2016 Henry of Pelham Baco Noir Speck Family Reserve

Aromas of red fruit, earthiness and smoke. Full-bodied with ripe, fleshy fruit of cherry, toasty oak and vanilla. Smooth finish, balanced acidity, moderate to high tannins. Excellent value at $15!

Enjoy with burgers or BBQed meats.

Jennifer Havers rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Aromas of warm spice, blackberry, plum, and a bit of cedar. Medium bodied, more fruit forward on the palate, with some moderate acidity, and a medium finish. Easy drinking and would be great with hearty meals, braised short ribs, or stews.
Simon Chen rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

This baco noir is warm and has rich black fruits and good acidity. A nice wine to drink in the Fall
Colin McKone rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Purple in colour with aromas of blackberry, raspberry, cherry and plum. It is full bodied with low tannins, well balanced acidity and teaming with ripe berry flavours. This will pair well with grilled red meats and strong cheeses. A terrific value red. Tasted on July 15, 2018.
