Greg Hughes rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

A nice, well made Sauvignon Blanc from Sue-Ann Staff in Niagara. This crisp wone was reductively made to be so refreshing it has a wee bit of CO2 to give your palate am extra zing. Is Frisson maybe a double entendre for exciting aaaaand frizzante?.. Or, like, am I reading too much into that?
Super pale lemon-green colour.
Lots of herbaceous zing to the palate. Citrus zest and a grassiness. A touch of melon too.
Flavourwise, lots more lime and grapefruit. Melon and chive and zest on the finish.
Put this with tuna or fish tacos. Something that naturally contrasts the fresh zing this wine has.
Jennifer Havers rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Fresh and vibrant! Lots of grassy, herbaceous notes on the nose along with some white grapefruit and lemon pith. Bright acidity really makes the grapefruit notes pop on the palate. More herbaceous on the finish. Perfect for spring dishes containing asparagus, lemon, or seafood, enjoyed on a warm spring afternoon.
Jon Steeves rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Zesty lemon-lime, ripe pink grapefruit, lemongrass and gooseberry. Medium bodied, balanced, mouthwatering high acidity. Long finish with persistence of pink grapefruit zest. Pairs well with pan seared filet of sole with lime infused butter sauce. Tasted 2016 vintage in Feb 2018. 90 points. Great value.
