Pure cherry, sassafras, beet root and dried cranberry notes dominate this wine. Needs a bit more time in bottle. 89 Points.

Aromas of sour cherry and cinnamon. On the palette, there's more tart cherry, raspberry and cranberry notes with a hint of cedar.

Pair with stew or a tomato-based pasta dish.

Bright and herbal with cranberry, sour cherry, thai basil. Pretty when sipped, not a tart as I expected but still fresh, mouthwatering acidity. Cinnamon and nutmeg finish. Great for a tomato-y dish like a pasta in a simple cherry-tomato sauce.

Pale red translucent colour with garnet brick specks. Fragrant with red cherry, light plums and cedar wood smokey spices. In the mouth, like biting into a freshly picked, juicy ripe strawberry! SO juicy and fresh. Raspberries, smoked paprika, plums and some earthy mineral touches. Acidity is well integrated with light tannins and a young, radiant light body. A good match for beef tartare and stuffed mushroom caps. 88 points - tasted May 6, 2018
