A bit pricey for what you get, but nevertheless a delicious wine that is finely delineated. Gorgeous white stone fruit, apples, yellow flowers and straw. 90 Points.
Sharon Lécuyer rated this wine as
91/100 with the following review:
Mild aromas with a bit of smokiness. Well-balanced oak with flavours of citrus and tropical fruit. Beautiful wine.
At this price point wouldn't be a every day/weekly wine, but perfect to bring to your Turkey dinner (Thanksgiving, Easter, etc.) or the Chardonnay lover in your life.

Buttery apple on the nose with apple, lemon and almond notes on the palate. Finishes with a buttery tropical fruit note. Pair with roast chicken.
Jennifer Havers rated this wine as
91/100 with the following review:
Beautifully balanced, aromas include golden apple, lemon-lime and pear with some toasty buttered bread notes. Smooth, lots of rich fruit on the palate, with just the right amount of acidity to balance and lengthen the finish. Delicious! Enjoy with chicken, pork or just on its own.
Simon Chen rated this wine as
88/100 with the following review:
Light pale yellow color. On the nose, a hint of oak, butter, and lemon citrus. On the palate, it has bright acid, med body. Pair with salads with a more rich vinaigrette.

89/100 with the following review:
Terrific oaky nose on Painted Rock’s Estate Grown Chardonnay (2016) with vanilla, butter, baked goods, opening up to fresh lemon, lime zest and a touch of salinity and flint. On the palate, the Chardonnay is creamy with a full mouthfeel and more brioche, some stonefruit, lemon zest, mineral and oaky notes. In fact, 80% of the wine was aged six months in French oak, 55% new. The balance of the wine was aged in stainless steel with 60% of the total vintage undergoing malolactic conversion. Finishes long and buttery with well-defined flavours, great structure and balanced acidity. Lots of promise on this wine that would benefit from a couple of years of holding time to marry and mellow. Tasted November 2017. Pair with roast chicken.
