The vines of Taylor's Pass benefit from their proximity to the northern slope where they are sheltered from cooler winds and enjoy a mixture of stony and loam soils. Perfect conditions for well-extracted juicy Pinot Noir.

Medium Cherry colour with a purple rim. The aroma is lively and dark fruit leads the parade of scents including black cherry, raspberry, blueberry, violets, dark chocolate and herbs. Medium bodied and delicate. Well balanced with solid acidity and medium tannins. The flavours deliver what the nose promises. Plenty of dark fruit and chocolate and the wine hugs the palate in a slow farewell.
