Almost purple in color, this full bodied Australian Shiraz is bursting with rich flavors of mocha, blackberry, black cherry, blueberry pie, mint, black pepper and a lengthy chocolate cherry finish. Firm, well integrated tannins and nicely balanced. Ideal for richly coated BBQ ribs.

Mocha, mulberry and ripe black plum aromas set the table for a smorgasbord of palate flavours that coat the palate with gusto—black currant, juicy black cherry, dark chocolate, peppery spice and a boatload of charm. It’s full bodied and generously textured with lengthy finish of dark berry fruit, mocha and sweet vanilla. Pour with grilled back ribs slathered in spicy barbecue sauce. (Vic Harradine)

This Shiraz has purple hues with aromas of dark fruit, mostly blackberry and plum. There’s also a bit of red berries, raspberries, and aromas of violet and of red licorice. On the palate, there are dark berries, mostly plums, pepper and a touch of cocoa. The tannins are medium, well integrated, and the wine has a nice acidity level.
