Lovely milk chocolate, plum and black cherry compote notes. There's a hit of spice and a bit of Kenya AA coffee mixed in to make the finish dynamic. 91 Points.
Jennifer Havers rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Aromas of cedar, ripe plum, and dried herbs, with a hint of vanilla. Smooth, lots of plush fruit on the palate along with some smoky and vanilla notes. Nicely balanced, flavours compliment each other nicely. Enjoy with a lamb burger off the grill.
Craig Kuziemsky rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Plum and cedar notes on the palate with black fruit, vanilla and coffee notes on the palate. Nice complexity of flavors lead into finish with velvety tannins. Pair with a grilled cheeseburger or tomato based pasta. Tasted May 2018.
Jon Steeves rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Ripe red berry, mocha, dark chocolate, tobacco, and cedar. Well balanced, rich, great complexity. Paired well with Mexican chicken tortilla soup topped with fresh guacamole. Tasted 2013 vintage in Oct 2017. 91 points. @BespokeTastings #greatvalue
Monique Sosa rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Incredible value! A pronounced hearty Merlot with rich concentrated smoky, plum, and tobacco notes. The palate is rich and full-bodied with balanced (medium) acidity, mild-moderate tannins, and a long savoury finish. Enjoy with Carne Asada tacos. Tasted Oct 2017 by @sommsosa | @sommguidetravels
