Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

An earthy, berry filled, aromatic Pinot Noir from Kew Vineyards. Organically grown with a bright bouquet featuring ripe strawberries, florals, peonies, rose petals, and elements earth-driven potpourri. Flavours reveal raspberries, fresh herbs and an elegant mineral stony backbone. Dry, medium bodied with crisp acidity and silken tannins. Serve slightly chilled with a meat and cheese board. Enjoy!
Tania Thomas rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Elegant and complex, fruit-forward Pinot Noir from Niagara’s Beamsville Bench. Bursting with aromas and flavours of ripe black cherries, raspberries and plums with subtle herbal notes. Silky, smooth, well integrated tannins. Plush and velvety mouthfeel. Long, earth-tinged finish. Enjoy with grilled salmon, roasted chicken or pungent ripe Brie. Tasted November 2017. Greg Hughes rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This wine was crafted by Philip Dowell, sourced from his estate vineyard in Beamsville. Pinot's idiosyncratic nature means it takes special care. So many things can go wrong with it in the vineyards that is always gratifying to see examples like this, where it has all of its fingers and toes. Very pleasurable and aromatic, this one.
Pretty, medium ruby, with some deeper garnet hues towards the center.
The aromatics are a strong point for this wine. Fresh, with appealing florality: violet and rosehip, and a touch of green herbs. The fruit are more on the red (as Beamsville often is). Raspberry, cherry, plum, woth a dusting of cocoa and smokey woodspice.
Flavourful and soft, but a touch more earthy than the aromas suggest. Lots more raspberry, cherry, and plum, but also cranberry and a touch of chestnut.
If you hunt, this is ideal for game-birds. It would also be a smart pairing for Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner.
