Aromas of honey and rose petals with tastes of more honey, melon and lots of oak.
Off-dry and best served with 'same' like a sweet dessert or complimentary like spicy food.

Wow! A big nose of vibrant rose petal, and honey. On the palate showing honey, lychee, white pepper. Off dry. Pair with green chicken curry Thai style. Tasted 2015 reserve in Nov 2017. 90 points. #BespokeTastings
Dan Carkner reviewed this wine as follows:
This Alsatian Riesling has a pretty nose with lots of fresh cut flowers, bright citrus, smoky minerality, and fresh cut grass. Honeyed orchard fruit, ripe melon, and tropical flavours are present in this off dry, medium weight wine. Quite elegant with a complexity that emerges with time in the glass.

A more reserved Gewürztraminer - but due to it's aromatic nature this Gewurtztraminer still has loads of aromas. Perfect replay on the palate with lovely viscosity as well, no bitter notes which sometimes accompanies this grape variety.
Colin McKone rated this wine as
91/100 with the following review:
Pale straw in colour with aromas of lychee, melon, white pepper and white flowers. It is light bodied with balanced acidity and favours of lychee, honey, pear and melon and has a long lychee-honey finish. This will pair well with spicy and Asian dishes or can be enjoyed on its own. Tasted on November 19, 2017.

A big, sweet hodge-podge of notes and tastes.…
Presentation: Pretty, with a touch of colour, but the font detracts from the composition
Appearance: Medium lemon
Nose: Medium nose, with notes of lemon and cantaloupe melon, and honey
Taste: Off-dry, full body, medium acidity, low tannins, with notes of overripe cantaloupe melon, honey, some minerals (chalk or slate), and a hint of metallic undertone
Finish: long on the sweet fruit
Overall impression: A viscous wine that represents the mixed smells and tastes of a Gewurztraminner. It needs spicy foods (e.g., Asian, Indian) to calm its sweetness. You could also drink this by itself as a dessert wine with or without cheese.
Value: 4/5

Nose: Classic Alsatian gewurztraminer with lychee, pretty rose petals, sweet melon, hint of clove
Palate: Honey, pear, lychee, melon, mouthful of sweet spices like cardamom, clove, full bodied with a hint of sweetness.
Indian or Thai curry dishes with heat & spices, spicey samosas, or for an after dinner sipper when you don’t have room for dessert.

Pale lemon colour with pronounced perfumed aromas of honey, lychee, peach, orange blossom, white rose and a hint of floral white pepper. Pronounced flavours express honey, ripe cantaloupe, lychee fruitiness and ripe delicious apple. Medium minus acidity, full body and medium finish. Rich and succulent. Medium sweetness. Pair with Asian fusion dishes, sweet and sour chicken, pad Thai and oka cheese. 90 points - Team tasting November 19, 2017
