Greg Hughes rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

2015 Bordeaux from Blaye, which is the right bank and closest to the mouth of the estuary. This is a rare, early glance at the 2015 vintage from an interesting region that is always a good place to turn for a good value.
Vibrant purple and ruby, with strong florality to the aromatics. Violet and petunia, struck match, bramble, cherry, and vanilla.
The flavours boast super refreshing acidity supporting a medium bodied frame of berry and subtle oak spice. Plum, cherry, and brambly berries throughout. Quite pleasant and easy to appreciate.
This wine is very much based around Merlot. It makes up 70% of the bland. The remainder is 20% Cab Sauv and 10% Malbec, interestingly enough. Malbec was once widely utilized in Bordeaux but frosty springs proved lethal to the vines. Since temperatures have begun rising, expect to see more of this grape in Bordeaux; along with Carmenere, Petit/Gros Verdot, and the rare Macaire.
Put this with veal or beef Wellington.

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
