Pale lemon green colour with delightfully pungent grassy citrus ripe passionfruit and kiwi aromas. Also so much zingy NZ Sauve notes of green beans, gooseberries, sweet apple, ripe pear, bell pepper, asparagus, white pepper and wet stoney minerality. Pleasant crisp and fresh flavours pink grapefruit, nectarines, citrus and steely limestone. Also a touch of under ripe pineapple and dried grass. So incredibly fragrant and flavourful. A great pairing with seafood, fried foods, garden tomatoes and fresh mixed green salad. - tasted November 2017

Tasted June 25th 2017. Colour pale platinum, medium plus legs. Aromas, grapefruit, lemon and lime, grass and asparagus. Taste, dry, light bodied, medium plus acidity, good alcohol, intense. Easy drinking, lots of flavour. Paired with grilled shrimp with chipotle spice. Accompanied by saffron rice and neighbours quinoa salad.
